NICE GIRLS

This in-person group is lead by Samantha Torres, LPC

A group for recovering from cycles of people pleasing and self-abandonment.

Have you ever thought...

"Why do I feel incomplete or unworthy unless I'm receiving approval or praise from people around me?"

"Why is it so hard for me to set boundaries, and why do I feel bad when I do?"

"If I speak up for my needs or desires, will people think I'm selfish or unkind?"

“On the cause of silence, each of us draws the face of their own fear—fear of contempt, of censure, or some judgement, or recognition, of challenge, of annihilation. But most of all, I think, we fear the visibility without which we cannot truly live.” —Audre Lorde
